Engineering Casimir interactions with epsilon-near-zero materials

In this paper, we theoretically demonstrate the tunability of Casimir force both in sign and magnitude between parallel plates coated with dispersive materials. We show that force, existing uncharged plates, can be tuned by carefully choosing value plasma frequency (i.e., epsilon-near-zero frequency) coating neighborhood resonance cavity.
